Is this water resistant ?
Since the rain goes through the mesh, water doesn't accumulate on to of it (which is a good thing)
Will this blow away in high winds?
I had one corner attached to a hook that was drilled to the under siding of the house, the shade held up but the wind was so strong it bent the metal hook. So the shade will hold up but whatever you him it to might not. Hope this helps š
Is this shade reversible?
Yes.
Will this shade withstand high heat from a grill underneath?
As long as the shade is 7 or 8 ft off the ground you should have no problem. But the instructions clearly state NOT to have it over or near a grill or fire.
My sail is creased from being folded in the box. Will these creases go away after awhile?
